Orange County,Ca - Four men in Orange County have been arrested for allegedly tunneling their way into a medical-marijuana dispensary in Laguna Hills, authorities said Tuesday.

Three men broke into a business that adjoined the dispensary at 1:30 a.m. Sunday, then cut a hole in a wall to make their way next door, said Jim Amormino, a spokesman for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

Wearing gloves and ski masks — perhaps to avoid being identified on surveillance cameras, Amormino said — they stacked marijuana plants near the back door and attempted to dislodge a safe before an alarm in the dispensary went off.

Deputies responding to the alarm found three men running from the location in the 23200 block of Peralta Drive. Authorities set up a perimeter and found three suspects, as well as a fourth, described as the getaway driver, within blocks of the dispensary, Amormino said.

The dispensary also was burglarized two weeks ago and burglars took about $20,000 worth of marijuana products, which prompted the business to install the alarm, according to Amormino.

“We believe they may be responsible for that,” he said.

The three suspects were identified as Sean Krizman, 27; Andrew VanMourick, 21; and Brady Royer, 22; all of Dana Point. The alleged getaway driver was identified as Todd Crawley, 22, of San Juan Capistrano.
