PhillyNORML To Lead Marijuana Legalization March On South St
The Global Marijuana March is an annual event in Philadelphia and 300 other cities around the world. Participants bring awareness to the failed policy of cannabis prohibition and call for the full legalization of marijuana.
Over 600 marchers participated in 2009 with PhillyNORML on historic South Street during the peaceful and courteous event that saw no arrests.
