BILLINGS, Mont. — Billings fire officials say a firebomb was thrown into a medical marijuana business and "NOT IN OUR TOWN" was spray painted on the storefront.

Fire crews were called at about 4:30 a.m. Monday, and the fire at Montana Therapeutics on Grand Avenue was quickly put out.

Billings police are investigating.

The Billings City Council is scheduled to vote Monday night on whether to place a moratorium on medical marijuana businesses. The city has issued more than 80 business licenses for the stores.
