A judge sent the owner of a rogue medical marijuana clilnic in Fresno to jail again Thursday and gave the city the right to seize everything the clinic has.

Medmar clinic owner Rick Morse showed up in court, wearing a sportcoat and a torn t-shirt.

He told Judge Donald Franson his clinic was still open, so the judge sent him to jail for the second time in a week.

Last week, Franson also ordered Morse to jail, but Morse was released hours later because of overcrowding.

This time, Franson ordered Sheriff Margaret Mims to keep Morse behind bars for the duration of his 15-day term.

Franson also allowed the city to go to Morse's clinic on Olive Avenue and seize any pot and other items inside.
