Agents with the Drug Enforcement Administration have confirmed a series of raids overnight in El Paso County and Southern New Mexico, but are declining to specify why they were ordered.
At least two El Paso County residents have complained about FBI and DEA agents showing up at their homes and searching them, only to find they raided the wrong homes. Special Agent Diana Apodaca, a DEA spokeswoman, said today that she could not release information about the raids because they are related to "ongoing investigations."
