If your bass is booming too loudly, you probably don't want to have marijuana in your car.
It's a lesson Andrew Leslie, 25, might have learned following an arrest stemming from a late Wednesday incident, according to a police report obtained Thursday. As police directed traffic about 11:20 p.m. at Southeast Tiffany Avenue and Southeast Lennard Road, they heard “loud audible music (bass)” coming from a dark sedan. They motioned for the vehicle to stop and as the investigators approached “you could still hear the music.” A sergeant also eventually smelled marijuana, and police turned up a small amount of pot on the driver, Leslie, and in the vehicle. Leslie, of the 1400 block of Southeast Vesthaven Circle, faces charges including possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and resisting arrest without violence. He also was cited for “unlawful radio audible over 100 feet.” News Hawk- User http://www.420Magazine.com Source: TCPalm.com Author: Will Greenlee Contact: Contact Will Greenlee Copyright: 2007 The E.W.
