420 Girl is on a distinguished road
Default Freedom To Farm Is The First Test Of Religious Freedom

I believe the key to ending the drug war is to charge the United Nations Food & Agriculture Organization (UNFAO) with criminal negligence in the International Court, in order to force the UN to recognize the true nutritional value of Cannabis seed as unique and essential. Once that’s done, it will be impossible to take seriously any court’s jurisdiction over the god-given Cannabis plant. It is simply too valuable — both unique and essential — for scarcity of it to be induced for any reason.

Reclaiming legitimate religious stature for the world’s oldest global farming culture is the most time-efficient way to end prohibition because no new laws need to be passed. Religious freedom is written into every contemporary human rights treaty and constitution on Earth.

Primarily important, Cannabis agriculture’s potential for mitigating increasing "global broiling" by UV-B radiation, demands that regardless of punishment, fines, abuse and penalties threatened, our fundamental human right to harvest unique and essential natural resources must be uncompromised. The urgency of addressing global climate changes, food insecurity, malnutrition, disease, sustainable fuels production and climate change with a proportionate, available, agricultural strategy, overrules the impacted, illegitimate, counter-productive, hypocritical and selective "war on [some] drugs."

I propose that when industrial hemp prohibition ends in the United States, the end of drug war domination everywhere will have begun. Prohibition of competition from the American hemp industry by the chemical economy in the U.S. keeps the drug war in place by institutionalizing artificial values on behalf of a toxics-based economy. Warped institutional values eventually lead to the collapse of environment, economics and social structures that we’re presently witnessing.

Perverse values being demonstrated by corrupt bankers running amok in U.S. banks, bailed-out & backed up by corrupt bureaucrats, bought with poisonous money, is sad but predictable. What better way to eliminate free-market competition for the chemical-industrial-military-prison-bureaucracy-complex, than to simply criminalize the free market favoring organic agriculture? An instant chemically addicted, black market economy grows to accommodate the demand for a "forbidden fruit" that’s suddenly been created through legislation, engendering the prison industrial complex and martial bureaucracy.

Several thoughts offered for consideration at the UNGASS in Vienna, March 2009:

"How bad do things have to get before all solutions are considered?"*

"How transparently perverse does a law have to get before it ceases to command respect?"**

"Time is the limiting factor in the equation of survival."

"Drugs don’t make seeds, herbs do."

"Because "every herb bearing seed...and every green herb" is god-given, our freedom to farm is the first test of religious freedom."
