I endorse the personal use of Medical Marijuana for those suffering from Pain, and other diseases that are affecting their lives in a negative way. I am diagnosed with Chronic Lymphositic Leukemia and will some day be starting a treatment regiment to curb it's growth and prolifferation of White Blood Cells, (CLL).

I am monitoring the mood of various law enforcement agencies who either are opposed to medical marijuana use or are not decided as yet on how they will deal with it.

I can see their point as MJ does get one high and is a threat if a patient smoking it does get behind the wheel and drives.

However I have a different twist on this issue.

While all the states, (14) who allow the cultivation and use of Marijuana allow the authorized people to grow and smoke it for their medical needs, no state or the federal Government will allow an authorized user to DISTILL out the HEMP OIL with THC.

They will allow you to smoke marijuana but not to distill out the beneficial Oil with THC.

While the THC in smoking the pot does help those using it, there are by far more natural Chemicals including The THC in the Hemp Oil if it is distilled out of the HEMP.

I have been researching MR. Rick Simpsons site at Phoenix Tears - Promoting Hemp Oil as a natural healing agent... on his site he describess his sickness and how the Hemp oil with THC which he distilled from the HEMP has cured his sickness. He also has testimonies from others who have had their sickness cured by the HEMP OIL with THC.

He shows that the CURING of Cancer, Diabetes and other diseases is from the HEMP OIL with THC, and not in the smoking of the Marijuana.
On his site there are case histories and research references to show the healing effects of HEMP OIL with THC.

Another site is hemp oil seth thc brain at sethgroup.org. it lists links to many sites showing scientific research studies of the positive effects of HEMP OIL with THC.

One can go to Youtube and do a search for Brain Cancer and THC to see actual time lapse photography of THC killing brain cancer and leaving healthy brain cells untouched.

So in Conclusion I believe that the real curing effects of THC is in the HEMP OIL distilled from the HEMP plant and ingested but not smoked.

The person who gets medical marijuana prescribed would be far better off if they were able to Distill the HEMP OIL with THC and eat it rather than smoking it.

So the Federal Government and State Guidelines on the Distillation of The HEMP OIL with THC would have to be CHANGED and make it LEGAL to distill out the HEMP OIL with THC for those allowed to grow and purchase medical Marijuana/HEMP.
