DECATUR, AL - Two Sheffield men face charges after they were caught trying to hide marijuana in a Kentucky Fried Chicken Box.
Alcoholic Beverage Control agents along with the Decatur Police Department's Anti-crime unit teamed up to make the arrest and seize a small shipment of marijuana. Officers stopped the suspects' car Monday afternoon on the Beltline in Decatur. They found a Kentucky Fried Chicken Box containing five plastic bags of marijuana. Akintola Thompson, 21, and Justin Eggleston, 19, were arrested on charges of Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree. Both were jailed in Morgan County on $5,000 bond each.
