BOULDER, Colorado - Pierre Werner isn't shy about lighting up in front of our cameras.

"I'm Dr. Reefer for a reason, I'm not a hypocrite."

He says he uses medical marijuana for his back pain. He also grows it and owns a medical marijuana dispensary in Boulder called Dr. Reefer.

"I plan on being the Bellagio of medical marijuana dispensaries; I'm the biggest on the Hill."

Werner also sleeps in the dispensary to protect what he owns, he said. And early Sunday morning, he did just that. Two men broke into the building that houses a dispensary.

Werner heard them and went to check it out.

"I come around one of the corners and one of them is standing there making himself a microwavable burrito that he'd gotten from the refrigerator," Werner described. "I had a pipe to his head, "get down on the floor right now, or I'm taking you out."

Werner says the other guy hit him. He has a bruised eye and a scratch on his head.

Boulder Police arrested 23 year old Robert Grant and booked him for investigation of first-degree burglary. The burrito connoisseur got away.

Boulder police say the second man they're looking for is a white man, 6 feet, 2 inches, with brown hair and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a dark grey hooded jacket and blue jeans. His first name might be Jesse.

Werner says he's not sure if the two targeted his business specifically, but he's not taking any chances and is putting in video surveillance this week.

"These guys were such amateurs, punks, obviously they wanted to come in, but taking a break and eating a burrito," Werner said. "There's dumb and dumber, there's stupid and stupider."
