Los Angeles - Dennis Hopper's soon-to-be ex-wife claims he smokes pot in front of their six-year-old daughter. Victoria Hopper filed legal papers requesting the sole custody of their kid, Galen, after the cancer-stricken actor filed for divorce from her.

According to the declaration filed by Victoria and obtained by The Daily Beast, aside from the pot allegation, the actor's fifth wife also claims that Dennis threatened her life if she divorced him, saying "Something bad is going to happen to you [Victoria] and you won't see it coming."

The 73-year-old "Easy Rider" star also keeps loaded firearms in their bedroom, which are easily accessible to Galen.

In addition to the allegations, Victoria also claims that Dennis, who is critically battling prostate cancer, doesn't want to divorce her at all, but his other family members, including his 47-year-old daughter Marin, pressured him to do so to cut her off financially.

She admits that she needs Dennis' financial support because he discouraged and prevented him from working during their marriage.

She wants spousal support and full custody of Galen.
