Police say it could be the biggest marijuana bust they've ever made in Pennsylvania.
It happened Sunday along Interstate 81, in Dauphin County. A truck tractor failed to enter a weigh station and was subsequently stopped by a trooper. The inspection lead to the trooper discovering approximately 4 to 6 thousand pounds of marijuana inside the trailer. It was packaged in very large crates ply wood crates 4x4x7 foot high. Troopers say there was other merchandise in the truck, including packages of plastic and styrofoam cups to cover up the drugs. The two Florida men with the truck, Eric Emmanuel and Stanley Narcisse, have been arrested and are being held on $1 million bail each at the Lebanon County Prison. State police tell CBS 21 News that the marijuana found has an estimated street value of 10 to 25 million dollars. http://www.420magazine.com/forums/in...-pot-bust.html |
