The state’s highest court will weigh the future of roadside sobriety tests for those suspected of being under the influence of marijuana.
The Supreme Judicial Court will begin to hear arguments next week.
The cases focuses on whether police officers should be allowed to testify about the results of the tests or to give an opinion on whether someone was high.
Field sobriety tests do not show whether someone is under the influence of marijuana.
